Shipping Policy - Nexstem

Thank you for considering Nexstem for your purchases. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Software:

Software products are preinstalled directly onto your headset and will be unlocked upon receipt of payment. For downloadable material, you can access your download link by visiting your account dashboard and navigating to the Downloads section or accessing it using your headset device upon receiving the headset.

Delivery Information:

Payment must be made in full before shipping or delivery of the order, or any part thereof.

For Nexstem hardware devices and accessories: All orders are shipped from our facility in India via Partner Shipping Carrier. It may take up to 15 days for the products to be dispatched and shipped.

When your order is packaged and shipped, you will receive a notification containing tracking information via the email address provided during purchase.

  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Shipping may take longer during local holidays or due to limited operations of manufacturers and couriers.

Duties & Taxes:

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the recipient's country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary among countries, so please check with your local customs office for more information.

Additional charges must be fulfilled by the recipient. Nexstem has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount or timing. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information via the email address provided during purchase. It is your responsibility to track the package. Please be aware that any packages returned to our facilities due to reasons beyond the shipping carriers' fault (e.g., incorrect mailing address, unpaid duties, and taxes, unclaimed package, etc.) will be refunded, but shipping charges will be deducted from the total.

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate as changes cannot be made once the order is submitted.

If you choose to abandon your shipment or fail to pay any assessed duties and taxes, you are not entitled to a refund or replacement, and any reshipment fees incurred will be at your expense.

Expedited Shipping:

To request expedited shipping, customers must create a support ticket with their order number and desired delivery timeframe (minimum 5 business days). If approved, Nexstem will send a separate invoice for expedited shipping fees, which must be paid before shipment.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and can only be processed if the order has not yet been sent for fulfillment.
