Warranty Coverage:

Nexstem warrants its hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period specified below:

  • Nexstem Instinct Headset: One (1) year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Submit a support ticket through our customer portal website or contact our support team via email at support@nexstem.ai, providing the following information:
    • Order Number and Serial Number of the product.
    • Description of the issue or defect.
  2. Verification: Our technical support team will assess the reported issue and may request additional information or troubleshooting steps to verify the warranty claim.
  3. Warranty Resolution: If the product is determined to be defective within the warranty period and covered by our warranty policy, Nexstem will provide one of the following resolutions:
    • Repair: Nexstem will repair the product or replace defective parts free of charge.
    • Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, Nexstem will replace it with a new or refurbished product of similar or equivalent functionality.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage due to improper maintenance.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions provided with the product.
  • Damage caused by the use of incompatible or unauthorized accessories or software.
  • Damage caused by acts of nature, such as fire, flood, or lightning.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Nexstem be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of its products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:

If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please contact our support team for assistance. Warranty service must be authorized by Nexstem and may require the product to be returned for inspection and evaluation.

Modification of Warranty Policy:

Nexstem reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
